IMA Canada Welcomes Two New Members To Its Board
IMA Canada is pleased to welcome two new members to our board. Both Jason Fisher of Cotton Candy and Ingrid Gulliver from American Express Incentive Solutions bring a great deal of incentive industry experience to their new roles. Their presence will help IMA CC to create successful events for our Fall/Winter season. Please read below for more detailed information on our newest board members.
Ingrid Gulliver
Ingrid joined American Express Incentive Services Canada (AEIS) as Regional Vice President in October 2008. AEIS is a leader in the prepaid industry and helps clients achieve business objectives by influencing the behaviour of employees, sales channels and customers. Ingrid is responsible for managing a team of Sales Executives that delivers American Express® Prepaid card solutions to companies across Canada. AEIS also sells an online reward management tool called PorticoRM.
Before joining AEIS, Ingrid spent six years in sales at Cineplex Entertainment, most recently as Executive Director of Sales. In this position Ingrid was responsible for all of the corporate sales activity at Cineplex including the Gift Card program, Corporate Coupon sales as well as the Event Management side of the business. During her tenure Ingrid navigated her department through two large mergers, launched the gift card program and introduced Cineplex gift cards to gift card malls across Canada.
Prior to her work at Cineplex, Ingrid was a Senior Account Executive at Captivate Network. This was a media sales position that also involved coordinating large events and sampling initiatives to coincide with advertising campaigns for large national brands. Ingrid’s previous career is interesting too. Before moving to sales roles a decade ago, she pursued a career in Addiction Counselling. She worked with chemically dependent women with mental health issues in treatment centres in the Toronto area.
Ingrid holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Carlton University and a Diploma in Counselling from George Brown College. She is a member of WAMS (Women Against Multiple Sclerosis), Canadian Picture Pioneers and volunteers with Rethink Breast Cancer. Ingrid has a demonstrated passion for motivating people and delivering solid sales growth.
Jason Fisher
Jason Fisher began his career in Incentives and Rewards at Bell Canada, where he worked as the Rewards and Recognition manager for 10 years, overseeing various employee and customer programs and events. Jason was responsible for designing and administering programs to address employee turnover, customer loyalty and sales performance in multiple channels with in Bell Canada.
After 10 years at Bell Canada, Jason moved to American Express International, overseeing international projects designed to align employee engagement and reward programs in 27 countries. When that project wound up, Jason joined I Love Rewards, at the time a growing company just starting out in Rewards and Recognition programs. In two and a half years at I Love Rewards Jason oversaw sales, marketing and customer service in various roles, leaving in 2008 as Vice President Member Experience. Jason then joined Cotton Candy Total Rewards as a Rewards Program Specialist. Cotton Candy Total Rewards is a service oriented Rewards and Recognition company, providing full service to companies for all their rewards Needs.
Jason has spoken at IMA power breakfasts, at HRPAO shows and at the Motivation Show in Chicago. He has also written several papers on the design and implementation of Rewards and Recognition programs.
